Crestora Capital operates as:

An AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN No.: 361393)
An Authorised Person of Mirae Asset Sharekhan / Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Pvt. Ltd. for stock broking related services
An insurance distribution partner (Health & Life insurance) via AssetPlus

We act purely as a distributor/intermediary facilitating access to third-party financial products. We are not the manufacturer of any mutual fund scheme, insurance policy, or brokerage product, and all such products remain subject to the terms, conditions, and disclosures of the respective Asset Management Company (AMC), insurer, or broking entity.

3Mutual Fund Distribution

Crestora Capital is registered with AMFI as a Mutual Fund Distributor and earns distribution commission from Asset Management Companies for facilitating your mutual fund investments. We do not manage, guarantee, or underwrite any mutual fund scheme.

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme related documents carefully before investing.

4Stock Broking Services

Stock broking, Demat account opening, and trading-related services are provided by Mirae Asset Sharekhan, with Crestora Capital acting solely as an Authorised Person. All trading accounts, fund settlements, and securities custody are governed by the terms and conditions of Mirae Asset Sharekhan and applicable SEBI/exchange regulations, not by Crestora Capital directly.

Investments in securities market are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing. Brokerage will not exceed the SEBI prescribed limit.

5Insurance Distribution

Health and Life insurance products showcased on this website are distributed via AssetPlus, in association with our partner insurers. Crestora Capital is not the underwriter or risk carrier for any insurance policy. Policy terms, exclusions, claim settlement, and renewal are governed entirely by the respective insurer's policy document.

11Limitation of Liability

12Grievance Redressal
